The Employment Process

After receiving your fully completed application form, we will then
arrange an interview. Successful applicants will be given a conditional
offer of employment subject to an acceptable CRB Check, references
and your eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
You will then have induction which includes shadowing experienced
workers before you are allocated your first assignment.Your initial
supervision is also booked where we will also discuss your professional
development.
